We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy years of quality workouts, however, we know we can't please everyone all the time. If you are not fully satisfied you may return your purchase (in the original package, freight prepaid) to us for a full refund or credit (less actual shipping, delivery and/or assembly charges). No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Smooth Fitness®.

Return Policy
To be eligible for a complete refund or credit, you must

• Obtain an RMA number from Customer Service (1-866-579-5914 or 905-660-1668) within 30 days of delivery,
• Return all equipment in the original packaging in good condition,
• Prepay and insure return freight, and
• Ship the equipment back within 10 days of receiving an RMA number

It's recommended that customers retain the original packing material for at least 30 days, in the event the unit needs to be returned. Refund does not include shipping, delivery and assembly charges. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.
