Our goal is to ship all orders in one to two business days and on average shipping takes between five and ten business days depending on the destination. While we know this sounds like a long time for an online purchase, a little extra time is required because of the extra weight of the quality construction of our elliptical machines and treadmills.

Shipping charges, if any, are clearly indicated on your order. As an alternative to standard free depot delivery, curbside and fully-assembled, "turnkey" service are available in many areas for an additional charge. These services are typically arranged during a 4 to 8 hour window, Monday through Friday. Take a look at our delivery options page for details.

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail that contains your invoice and instructions on how to reach us if needed. Call us toll-free at 800-668-4857 for current shipment status. Once your treadmill or elliptical arrives at your local depot, you will be contacted by one of our select freight partners to let you know it's ready or pickup or to arrange a convenient curbside delivery time. Turnkey delivery appointments are made at the time of your purchase. Please note, due to the high value of the products we ship, curbside and turnkey deliveries require you to be home to receive, inspect and sign for your equipment, this is as much for your protection as ours.
