Six Challenging Preset Programs with 9 different user profiles
You'll stay motivated about reaching or maintaining your fitness goals with six preset programs to choose from.

Quick Start/Manual Program - You can alter the speed or incline at your preference at anytime during the workout for a customizable routine.
Killer Hills - Choose your workout level (1-12) and adjust the level of incline during the workout. A preset time of 24 minutes is programmed with the option to adjust the length of the program up to a maximum of 96 minutes. An increase/decrease in incline occurs every two minutes with this program.
Interval Speed Program - Just like the Interval Incline program, only you optimize your workout through a variation of speed.
Weight Loss Program - This program combines variations in both the speed and incline to provide the maximum results in weight loss and calories burned. Choose your workout level from 1 through 12. The higher the level, the more intense the workout. Both speed and incline will change during the workout to give you the best combination for maximum weight loss.
Self-Learning/Competition - The Distance LED will show 3 (MILE). For new users, there is a preset speed (2 mph) and incline level program in the computer. You can change the speed and incline levels during your workout. The Distance will count down to zero and then stop.
Heart Rate Control Program - This program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The treadmill determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. (This should be subject to the user's physical condition and determined after consulting with a physician.) Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, through a powerful workout and through a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.
